Watch this short video to learn about Connect — our online mindfulness and meditation community:

Learning and practicing mindfulness and meditation all by yourself can be HARD...

But Connect can make it a lot EASIER. (And a lot more FUN! 😃)

trouble sticking to mindfulness practice

Do you have trouble sticking to a consistent mindfulness and meditation practice?

Consistency is KEY when it comes to mindfulness and meditation. Without consistently practicing, it’s really hard to make meaningful progress or get any of the real benefits that mindfulness and meditation can produce for you.

But, just like with exercise or eating healthy, it’s hard for many people to establish this habit of being mindful and meditating on a consistent basis.

That’s why we’ve intentionally included many different things in Connect that will help you be more consistent in your practice.

Here are just a few examples:

  • We have a Daily Mindful Challenge, which is an easy, quick, fun way to keep you accountable and help you establish a regular mindfulness practice by starting with small baby steps (starting small like this has been shown to create stronger habits that stick!)
  • We also offer pre-scheduled, structured, guided Meditation and Q&A sessions almost every day of the month. These are led by Sean Fargo and our other teachers, and we’ve heard from many of our members that they are much more likely to attend these session on a consistent basis, and much less likely to follow through when they try to meditate on their own. So, these sessions can also help keep you accountable and consistent!
  • You can also join or create a Private Cohort in Connect that can serve as your own personal Accountability Group, where other members can keep you accountable, and you can do the same for them. Having someone else keep you accountable is, for most people, a very powerful way to establish a healthy habit like mindfulness and meditation.

Again, those are just a few examples — we have lots of other ways that can help too... keep reading this page to find out more.

Do you ever feel like there aren’t many (or any) people in your life that you can share your interest in mindfulness and meditation with... and that most of the people in your life just don’t really “get it”... and that it’s hard to find anyone to talk to or express yourself to about this stuff?

share interest in mindfulness

Being able to express yourself genuinely and honestly with other people can actually be therapeutic and healing. And when we don’t have an outlet for this anywhere in our lives, we tend to bottle up our thoughts and feelings, and this causes a cycle of negativity that can significantly diminish the joy and peace in our lives.

One of the main reasons we created Connect was so you can connect with other people like you, who are interested in mindfulness and meditation, who are passionate about it, and who understand it, and practice it.

When you join Connect, you’ll have the opportunity to express yourself fully, to release all the thoughts and feelings and issues and challenges you’re facing or having, and really be heard by people that you know will “get it,” on a deep level. And this can be an extremely powerful way to free yourself, heal yourself, care for yourself, and get a new, natural sense of joy, centeredness, and connectedness in your life.

Do you have an “inner critic” that makes you feel inadequate, limits you, or discourages you from moving forward with your mindfulness and meditation practice?

Inner Critic

Everyone’s got an “inner critic,” but what’s important to know is that the “inner critic” is strengthened and empowered by isolation and disconnection

A HUGE benefit to joining Connect is that you will be much less isolated, and much more connected, especially to others who share your interest and passion for mindfulness and meditation.

In this way, Connect can help you quell and quiet your “inner critic” so you can more easily move forward, deepen your practice, truly start improving your life, and also start enjoying the present moments of each day more (many of which are spoiled by the “inner critic”).

Do you ever wish you had an experienced, expert mindfulness teacher, coach, or mentor that you could reach out to for guidance and coaching whenever you get stuck, confused, or have questions?

Mindfulness Connect Community Teachers

In Connect, you get LOTS of direct access to highly-experienced, expert mindfulness teachers, coaches, and mentors, including Sean Fargo, who you’ll learn more about below.

In our various discussion forums, you can get to know these folks, ask questions and get answers and coaching from them.

We also offer a Real-Time Chat function that allows you to interact with them online, in real-time.

You’ll also be able to attend live Zoom events like: Meditation+ sessions, Workshops, Retreats, and Coaching Calls, all of which will provide plenty of opportunities for you to get whatever you need from experienced teachers and coaches who have been where you are, and are now where you want to be!

What is

Mindfulness Connect Community Logo

And what exactly do you get when you join?

Connect is an online community created specifically for mindfulness practitioners and teachers.

Whether you’re a complete beginner and totally new to mindfulness and meditation... or someone who has studied and practiced for a little while... or even someone who has an advanced and deep understanding of mindfulness... you’ll find lots of value, fulfillment, and opportunities to grow and improve your practice, and your life, in Connect.

We have two different tiers in Connect. The first tier is called Connect, and is for individual practitioners. The second tier is called Connect Pro, and is for mindfulness and meditation teachers and other professionals (e.g. coaches, therapists, HR executives, consultants), who use mindfulness and meditation in their practice or profession to help others.

Why Connect?

We decided to call this community Connect because the real purpose of mindfulness and meditation is to connect with the part of you that is naturally joyful, naturally resilient, naturally kind, and naturally enthusiastic, loving, and excited about life! And... to connect with nature, with friends, family, and colleagues, with the world outside, and your world inside.

What is Connect?

It’s not always easy to connect in this way. The pressures and stress of modern life that we all face can make it difficult.

But we’ve found that it’s much easier to Connect when you have a place to call home. A place where you can be yourself and feel comfortable. A place to join others who have a similar interest and passion for mindfulness and meditation. A place where you feel safe to explore, learn, and grow your mindfulness and meditation practice, with guidance and coaching from those who have been where you are, and are currently where you’d like to be.

That’s why we created Connect.

Here’s what you get when you join Connect:

In this short video, I’ll take you on a full walkthrough of Connect, so you can see all the different spaces and features you get inside...

1. Live Meditations & Events

Inside Connect, almost every day of the month, we’ll be hosting live (remote, via Zoom) meditations, workshops, retreats, and coaching sessions, and you can join us for any or all of them!

Live Meditations and Events

Here’s a look at each of the live events you’ll be able to attend and participate in, inside Connect:

Meditation+

You’ll find a Meditation+ session happening almost every day in Connect. Many of our members have found that because we offer these meditation sessions so frequently and consistently, and the fact that they are group sessions, led by a real expert, that it really helps them to stick to a much more consistent practice of meditating, which is crucial if you want to reap the real benefits of mindfulness and meditation.

In each of these sessions, we do a 90-minute call that includes a guided meditation, led by Sean Fargo or one of our other experts teachers, a quick debrief and reflection on the topic of that day’s meditation, and then a group Q&A session.

Workshops

When you join Connect, you’ll be able to attend 1 - 2 workshops every month, each of which runs for approximately two hours. These are deep dive, comprehensive trainings on different topics related to mindfulness and meditation, and they’re taught by Sean Fargo and Lena Adams Kim — a highly-accomplished mindfulness and meditation teacher who has created mindfulness programs in some of the largest organizations in the world.

Retreats

Mindfulness retreats allow for deep, valuable insights and benefits that may not be as readily available with shorter, intermittent sessions, and give you a valuable opportunity to rest, reconnect, and feel rejuvenated by temporarily stepping away from your busy, stressful life. As a member of Connect, you can attend two 1-day retreats each month, that will be led by Sean Fargo. Each day-long retreat includes four 90-minute sessions, each of which includes a combination of meditation, teachings, and discussion.

Coaching

Buddhist monks, and the most accomplished practitioners of mindfulness and meditation all have one thing in common... they were all coached, and mentored by a master teacher. Now, you don’t have to become a Buddhist monk, or even a very accomplished practitioner of mindfulness and meditation to have a great, peaceful, centered, joyous life... but getting to that point is just so much easier if you have access to a great coach and mentor.

This is why, as a member of Connect, you’ll have the opportunity to receive coaching and mentoring directly from Sean Fargo. You’ll be able to participate in our monthly group coaching calls, which are a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you have and get live coaching and mentoring directly from Sean. (If you aren’t familiar with Sean, we’ve included some information a little further down on this page, about his background, credentials, and experience as a practitioner and teacher of mindfulness and meditation.)

2. Private Cohorts

Join a Private Cohort inside Connect so you can form even stronger bonds, friendships, and relationships with people who have the same interests as you, speak the same language, or even reside in your area.

Private Cohorts

Another very cool feature inside Connect is our Private Cohorts. Private Cohorts are small groups of four or more mindfulness and meditation practitioners or teachers who connect with each other in a private online space for support, encouragement, and inspiration, related to their mindfulness practice.

Cohorts are generally grouped around a common interest.

Here are just a few examples:

  • Accountability (meditators trying to break or build a habit)
  • Meditation type (meditators who are interested in a particular practice)
  • Language (Spanish-speaking meditators, for example)
  • Identity-based (meditators who identify as BIPOC, LBGTQ+, for example)
  • Professionals (accountants, therapists, nurses, school teachers, and so on)
  • Interest-based (meditators who surf, ski, hike, paint, etc.)
  • Time zone (groups meet at a particular time to meditate together)
  • Geography (Colorado meditators, New Delhi meditators, and so on)

As you can see, there are infinite possibilities for cohorts. You can join our existing cohorts, and even propose a new cohort that you’d like to create!

3. Courses & Resources

Your Connect membership will include access to select courses and resources that can help you develop, deepen, and grow your understanding and practice of mindfulness and meditation.

Courses and Resources

We have a section in Connect called the Monthly Free Download, which offers a new download each month that’s included in the cost of your membership. These downloads will be quick and easy to consume, learn, use, and implement, and will span a variety of topics related to mindfulness and meditation.

We’ll also occasionally be adding some courses into Connect as we go, but we're intentionally limiting the amount to a small, select few. This is because a lot of communities these days are overwhelming their members with too many courses, and way too much stuff to do, and we don't want to do that. We want to keep things light and simple, and we want you to feel comfortable, free of stress and pressure, and able to focus on the most valuable aspect of Connect — the community, and connecting. That’s what this program is really all about.

4. Daily Mindfulness Challenge

The Daily Mindfulness Challenge will help you establish and maintain a consistent mindfulness practice, deepen your understanding of mindfulness and meditation, help you find new insights and breakthroughs, and inject a healthy dose of enjoyment and excitement into your everyday journey.

Daily Mindfulness Challenge

Every day, we’ll post a new mindfulness challenge. You can do all of them, some of them, or none of them — it’s entirely up to you, but we’ve found that many of our members love to use this as a fun, easy, fast way to keep a consistent mindfulness practice.

Each Daily Challenge will include a short video, a short audio, a worksheet that you can download, print, and fill out, and some reflection questions. You can also leave comments, ask questions, and engage in a discussion with others about each Daily Challenge.

5. Ask the Community Discussion Forum

The Ask the Community Discussion Forum is a great place to ask your questions and get answers from the entire Connect community, virtually anytime, day or night.

Ask the Community Discussion Forum

Have you ever read something, watched a video, or tried a new mindfulness or meditation practice... and you just didn’t get it? Have you been having trouble establishing a consistent meditation practice? Do you feel like you’re stuck and just not moving forward? We’ve all been there. But, it’s so helpful when you have a whole community of members, practitioners, teachers, and experts, all available, willing to help you, at just about anytime, day or night.

Come to this forum and ask any and all of your burning questions. Tell us your current challenges, frustrations, and sticking points, and we’ll do our best to help you through it.

And of course, if you have a helpful answer, tip, or piece of feedback, please share it with others who are asking for help. This is how we all grow, together.

6. Mindful Sharing & Inspiration Discussion Forum

The Mindful Sharing & Inspiration Discussion Forum is a fun place to meet new friends, share experiences, and inspire and support one another as we grow and deepen our mindfulness and meditation practices.

Mindful Sharing & Inspiration Discussion Forum

And of course, you can see what everyone else is sharing, leave comments, interact, and make new friends, accountability partners, colleagues, and more.

We can all grow more when we do it together... when we help, and support, and encourage, and challenge each other.

That’s what this forum is for.

7. Real-Time Chat

You can also connect with other members, our teachers, and Sean Fargo in real-time, in the Real-Time Chat section of our community.

Connect Community Real-Time Chat

This is one of the coolest features of our community. At anytime, you can see who is currently online, and chat with them, in real-time, right in our community. You never know when an amazing impromptu chat will take place! And this is another great place to ask for help, coaching, and mentoring from the other members in our community, from our teachers, and from Sean Fargo.

8. iOS App

Download our iOS App and take the Connect community with you, on the go!

iOS App

The software we’re using for the Connect community includes a robust iOS App that you can easily download and use on your iPhone, anytime, and anywhere you like. The app is fully-featured, easy- and fun-to-use, and it’s included for no extra cost.

(Our software company has told us that an Android App is on the way too, but we’re not sure yet when that will happen — hopefully soon.)

Are you a mindfulness or meditation teacher, or someone who uses mindfulness or meditation to help others, as part of your profession?

(If not, you can skip this section 🙂)

If you’re a mindfulness and meditation teacher, guide, coach or someone who teaches these principles and practices as part of your profession (i.e. therapist, guidance counselor, consultant, etc.), we’ve created a separate tier in our community just for you.

We wanted to create a separate tier just for you, so you could:

  • Meet and connect with other teachers and mindfulness and meditation professionals
  • Learn directly from other successful teachers and coaches
  • Learn how to teach mindfulness and meditation so your students, clients, and patients really benefit from it
  • Develop your professional credentials and skills
  • Learn how to grow your mindfulness and meditation business, and your income

I don’t think you’ll find any other community, or place, anywhere, that offers you all of these opportunities.

When you join our Connect Pro tier, you get everything in the regular Connect membership (the 8 things we described in the section above)...

AND you get all of this too:

1. Live Mindfulness Teacher Events

In the Connect Pro membership, you’ll be able to attend and participate in a Meditation + Q&A session every week, that is designed specifically for teachers and those who use mindfulness and meditation to help others, and live Zoom Workshops once a month with world-renowned mindfulness and meditation teachers and authors.

Live Mindfulness Teacher Events

Here are the live events you can attend and participate in, as a member of Connect Pro:

Weekly Meditation + Q&A Sessions

Once a week, we’ll be hosting a Meditation + Q&A session, that is specifically designed to help you improve your skills and increase your confidence in teaching mindfulness and leading others in meditation. Most of these sessions will be led by Sean Fargo, and in each of them we’ll do a 90-minute call that includes a guided meditation, led by Sean Fargo (or one of our other expert teachers), a quick debrief and reflection on the topic of that day’s meditation, and then a group Q&A and coaching session.

Monthly Workshops with World-Renowned Teachers & Authors

In Connect Pro, you also get to attend live, deep-dive Zoom workshops once a month with world-renowned mindfulness teachers like Dr. Richie Davidson, Gabor Maté, Susan Kaiser Greenland and Dr. Judson Brewer.

During these live workshops you can interact with our guest teachers, ask them questions, learn how they teach mindfulness and meditation, and get personalized advice from them on your particular situation so you can rapidly deepen and advance your mindfulness teaching skills and effectiveness.
